    Hi everybody!

Thanks for the great philosophic site!
I'm interested in physical immortality and consider it the main aim of humans' life.
I want to find friends who are interested in this topic too.

Hello. i am not responding specifi8cally to your web-postig. I am, however, interested in finding people interested in dialoging on some specific topics. I have been working on a number of philosophical topics: dialectics, in particular aesthetic dialectics, a reassessment of Kant's discussion of the aesthetic dialectic in the Critique of Judgement, Hegel's use of the dialectic in the Phenomenology, the development of modern aesthetic theory from Kant up to the present. I am also interested in the relationship between literature and philosophy, dnn the extent to which ethics as well as aesthetics play a role in the way literature functions. I am also specifically interested in German philosophy, especially 20th century and post-WWII era, and modern continental philosophy in general. I am familiar with Nussbaum's work on literature and philosophy, though I believe she neglects at times the aesthetic dimension. How does one assess this? Anyone familiar with Martin Seel's work on aesthetic rationality? There is no really good textbook on modern or 20th century aesthetics. I am also interested in American pragmatism, in Dewey and Rorty, in 20th century French philosophy, in Kant's ethical theory and some aspects of ethical theory. Any common interest? Cordially, STeven

Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
