As many of you know, the UCSB Philosophy Department was well represented this year at the 10th annual Southern California Philsophy Conference at Cal-State, Northridge. One of the highlights of the conference was Sean Choi's presentation on "How not
to argue for principle beta" (aka, 'How not
to mend the beta part'). Thanks to Sian Griffith, who was kind enough to snap a few photos during the conference, we're able to provide some visual representation of Sean doing his thing (click here for more conference photos
). And if the photo isn't enough for you, check out the musical version
of "How to
mend the beta-part!"
